Fitness, Health, and Practical Self-Defence Through Karate
Seishinkai Karate combines three essential elements: "Fitness Karate," which helps improve physical ability and supports healthy development; "Health Karate," which uses full-body movement and breathing exercises to promote overall wellness; and "Self-Defence Karate," which teaches practical techniques such as joint locks, balance breaking, and vital point control. In addition to our regular classes, we also provide seminars for companies, schools, and community groups upon request.
▼Self-Defence Seminars in Sapporo
Japan is known for being one of the safest countries in the world, but no place can be considered completely risk-free. We believe everyone can benefit from learning practical skills to avoid and respond to dangerous situations. Individuals can participate through our private lesson program.
▼Health Karate Seminars & Wellness Classes
Seishinkai Health Karate is designed as a gentle full-body exercise program that improves mobility without placing excessive strain on the joints, making it especially suitable for seniors. Trial classes (¥500) are held every Monday and Wednesday from 2:00 PM at our headquarters. We offer both private and regular membership classes, and a new health exercise class will begin this autumn.
