The Seishinkan Yamamoto Training Center was established in May 2014 (Heisei 26) by converting a warehouse into a space where meetings and training sessions could be held, and where visitors from regional branches or overseas could stay in simple lodging.
Originally it also had space set aside for practice, but the lodging function has since moved to the Hondori Seishinkan, and this location now serves as a storage facility for records and materials.
