Seishinkai Karate Federation - Fushimi Branch
Chuo Ward Fushimi Karate Class - Seishinkai Fushimi Branch
The Fushimi karate class got its start in April 2012 (Heisei 24), borrowing meeting-room space from a supporting company thanks to their cooperation.
Due to security considerations, the venue was moved the following year to its current location, Fushimi Kaikan, where it has been active ever since.
Since its founding, the class has centered on Junior Karate and Parent-Child Karate.
Participation by parents and children together, as well as senior class members, is especially welcome.
While many dojos feel like an extension of a school sports club, this one aims to offer karate for health and fitness that members can enjoy learning in a relaxed, club-like atmosphere.
